Summer Hectic Dance Camp
Terms for parents:
Half-yearly payments for the September-January season must be paid by September 30. The semi-annual payment for the February-June season must be paid by 10.2. Credit payments must always be paid before the first training session, the booking system will also notify you when to pay for the next credit lesson. One-off lessons are always paid before the lesson. Reservations for credit and one-time admissions can be canceled until 10:00 p.m. the day before the lesson, the reservation system automatically calculates your admission if you do not log out in time. The amount will no longer be refunded.
Payments for competitions:
Payments for competitions are organized according to a predetermined schedule, which usually covers the period from March to June. Each competition is paid for separately, always in advance, together with the registration of participants. Payments are made exclusively before the competition based on the submitted budget. In case of non-participation, standard cancellation conditions apply.
Costume:
A deposit for a costume of CZK 1,500 is due no later than January 31 for each formation. The additional payment for the costume will be made no later than before the first competition according to the budget.

Dancehall, Hip Hop, Afrohouse, Choreography, Latino Street dance, La style, Queer Flavor

Hectic dance club also offers lessons for adults in the form of Open classes and semester courses. Classes are open to both men and women.
Dancehall lessons are taught by instructor Kate, who regularly receives training directly in Jamaica or from Jamaican instructors in order to provide her students with the most accurate information and at the same time supports the dancehall community in organizing workshops and other dance activities.
The Queer Flavor lesson is taught by the lecturer Denis, who has found her place for femme styles such as Vogue, Femme Hip Hop, High Heels and adds a lot of femininity to her lessons.
Hip Hop / Afro House / Choreography lessons are taught by lecturer Alen. Alen primarily creates choreographies in which he can combine countless movements from Hip Hop and Afro House. You have to catch her level, because Alen likes to suffer with musicality. If you want to diversify your dancing skills, Alen is the right instructor.
Alen’s main focus is on Hip Hop and Urban Choreo. For Alen, Urban Choreo mainly means freedom of choice. Alen says: “I can create and no boundaries or rules of any style prevent me.” What Alen adheres to as the main key in her expression through dance is musicality, she likes to focus on even the smallest details of the chosen music.
Latino Street dance and LA style can be learned by lecturer Domino, who has such incredibly Good Vibe and Hype music in his lessons that he won’t leave you just standing in the corner.

The price of the course fee
The listed course prices are final for the given semester.
Course holding
The courses follow the schedule announced before the start of the run. Children’s courses are canceled on days that fall on school holidays. All courses are canceled on public holidays. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to this rule (courses are also held on public holidays). Current information is specified on Hectic dance club Instagram, or via whats app communication..
Circumstances preventing the course from taking place
In the event of unforeseen circumstances on the part of the Hectic Dance Club dance studio, preventing the course from taking place, participants are entitled to a substitute course at a different date and in the corresponding scope of instruction.
Cancellation Terms
The course participant is not entitled to a refund of the course fee in the event of obstacles caused by him that prevent him from attending properly. It is possible to request a refund of the course fee only in cases of serious long-term (several months) illness or in the event of a serious injury of the participant, but always only on the basis of a submitted medical report. In this case, the cancellation fee is 70% of the balance of the course price.
General Provisions
Studio Hectic Dance Club reserves the right to immediately terminate participation in the course to a participant who repeatedly or permanently disrupts the proper course, excessively annoys other course participants with his behavior, does not follow the instructions of the studio staff or violates the principles of hygiene and decent behavior.
Protection of property of course participants
Hectic Dance Club dance studio does not recommend bringing valuables or large sums of money with you to classes. If you still have something valuable or a larger amount with you, we recommend that you take it with you to the hall where the lesson is taking place. Responsibility for things left in the designated place, i.e. in lockers/dressing rooms, the landlord takes over the space, but by being extra careful you will save yourself a lot of inconvenience.
Substitutions for missed lessons
For half-year courses, purchased in full length and price, it is possible to make up for a total of 2 missed hours in other courses of a similar focus in the same half-year. For courses purchased for a shorter period of time (i.e. when starting the course later) and for Open class lessons, paid for individually, the possibility of compensation does not apply.
